At Trilha Verão, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is flawless. Please read our shipping policy carefully:
NATIONAL SHIPPING
For your convenience, we offer two types of national deliveries:
- Via Correios (Brazilian postal service)
- Pick-up at our physical store in Campinas-SP – free of charge
You can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international shipments, we use DHL.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
Already placed your order?
Now you can track your delivery in two ways:
1. Via email – we will notify you every time your order status changes.
2. By logging into your account on Trilha Verão’s website and accessing the "MY ORDERS" section.
To view your order history, simply log in and click on "My Orders."
DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS
The estimated delivery time will be calculated based on your shipping address.
Once you enter your delivery address during checkout, we will display the estimated time and shipping cost.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
For national orders, Correios will make two delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be taken to a Correios distribution center in your city and will remain available for pickup for seven days. After this period, the package will be returned to our store. In case of a return, the shipping fee will not be refunded, and a new shipping fee will be charged for resending the order.
If the shipping address was incorrectly entered by the customer, the order will be immediately returned to our store, and the shipping fee will not be refunded. A new shipping fee will be charged for resending the order.
In both cases mentioned above, if the customer wishes to request an exchange or return after receiving the order, the shipping cost for the second shipment will not be refunded.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
For international orders, if the package is returned to our store due to absence at the time of delivery or an incorrect address entered by the customer, all shipping costs and taxes will not be refunded.
