2. Do I need a physical store to resell?
No. You can resell through social media, WhatsApp, at events, or in a physical store — whatever works best for your audience.
3. Is there a minimum purchase amount?
Yes. The initial minimum order is R$ 2,700.00 (Brazilian reais) to access the wholesale price list, and it can be negotiated depending on the reseller's profile. Full terms are shared with you in the Sales Policy right after your registration is approved.
4. Do I get marketing support?
Yes. Approved resellers receive promotional materials, ready-made content, and guidance to help you sell more — without having to create everything from scratch.
5. How long does registration approval take?
The review is quick: within 48 hours you'll hear from our in-house sales team, who will give you all the information needed for approval.
6. Can I sell online and on social media?
Yes, absolutely — we actually recommend it. Instagram, WhatsApp, and marketplaces are channels used by a large part of our reseller network.
7. Is there territorial exclusivity by neighborhood or region?
We don't offer territorial exclusivity, but we're careful not to create competition between resellers, so we always review the region before approving a registration.
